TCU Mailbox Rental FAQs

• To receive mail or packages on campus students must rent a TCU Box.
• To request a TCU Box, log on to my.tcu.edu; select the Admitted Student Task or Student Services tile; click on Request PO Box; click YES; click SAVE.
• $55 Rental fee covers Summer, Fall and Spring semester.
• Students may begin shipping when they have received a TCU Box address.
• TCU Boxes are automatically renewed each year.
• Students will receive an email notification when items arrive to their TCU Box.
• Students are not allowed to share TCU Box numbers or have packages delivered to dorm addresses. This includes roommates and siblings.
• Mail addressed to persons without a TCU box rental will be returned to sender.
